Creating Flat Fees

In some cases when assuming control of a Condo from a previous PMC, the Maintenance Fees computed in Shiftsuite Accounting may not align due to rounding errors or incorrect calculations.

If you are unable to utilize the Assessment and Proportion Percentage, you have the option to use Flat Fees.

To achieve this, go to the Corporation Details menu and select the Corporation Information icon.

After that, select either the Unit Info, Parking Info, or Locker Info tab(s) depending on the units you want to edit.

You have the option to manually input a Rate Type and Rate ($) individually, or utilize the Wizard to apply it across all units.

Click the Wizard button, select your Units, enter in your Rate and click OK.  

Once the changes have been made press save.
