Deposits (All Condominiums)

Navigation:  System > Utilities > Deposits (All Corporations)
Purpose: To Deposit Payments received from Residents and Vendors to the Operating Bank efficiently across multiple Condominiums from a single interface.

• Functionality Overview:

  • This feature is similar to the single Corporation function of Deposits.
  • You can select dates and payment methods for multiple Condominiums in one form.
  • Save deposits for all Condominiums at once.

• How to Use:

  • Click the "+" next to a Condominium to expand the Deposits.

• • Utilize the Toggle to filter the Date and Payment Type.

• Final Step:

  • Once your selections have been made, press Save to complete the deposits for all Condominiums.

• Once your Deposits are saved, you must open each individual Condominium to have the option to Void or Print the Deposit slip (Shown below).

Voiding will allow you to bring the deposits back where you can toggle, select, and re-save your Deposits again.
