Corporation Information - Contacts

Navigation: System > System Setup > User Control.
Purpose: the Contact Module is to display the Contact Information of all Condominium Faculty including the Property Manager, Building Operator, and any personnel working for or on behalf of the Condominium.

To set each user and Corporation up for success, take the suggested following steps:

 

• Select the correct user
• Configure the Building Manager, Property Manager, and/or Other
• Save your changes

• While still in User Control, select the Contact Info tab, and enter the User's Contact Information. 

• Once set up, your Contact tab will reflect the following information.
