Navigation: Corporation Details > Budgets
Purpose: To Approve Budgets and Revise Approved Budgets
To Approve a Budget

- Click on the Budget to be approved
- Click on Approve
- Click Yes
NOTE: You must have user permission to Approve Budgets. Once a Budget is approved, the only way to make changes would be to Revise the Budget.
To Revise an Approved Budget

- Click New Budget
- Enter the Budget Start Year
NOTE: The date should be the same as the previous Approved Budget - Select From Previous Budget
- Use the Drop-Down to Select the Previous Budget and press OK
NOTE: Approved Budgets can not be edited, a Revised Budget must be created. A System Validation will pop up indicating "A Budget already exists for this year" where you will be asked if you want to create a Revised Budget.
- Click OK to create a Revision to the Budget.
NOTE: Revised Budgets will have "(Revision)" suffixed in their Budget Period
