Menu Navigation: Corporation Details->Corporation Maintenance->Budgets
To Approve a Budget
- Click on "Approve"
- Click Yes
Note: You must have user permissions to Approve Budgets
Special Note: Once a Budget is approved, the only was to make changes would be to revise the budget.
To enter a Revised Budget
- Click "New Budget"
- Select the Budget Start Year
Note: The date should be the same as the previous Approved Budget
- Select "From Previous Budget
- Use the Drop Down to Select the Previous Budget and press OK
Note: The Budget selected must be approved to be selected
Special Note: A System Validation will pop up prompting that "A Budget already exist for this year"
- Press "OK" to create a Revision to the Budget
