Virtual Meetings - Zoom Screen Share

Navigation: Green "Screen Share" button (bottom of Zoom window)
Purpose: To share your screen or application during an AGM meeting

During a Virtual Annual General Meeting it is typical for the Property Management group to share a PowerPoint presentation to the owners. This helps to keep the meeting on track with the agenda while also offering a visual for the Owners.

To share your screen please click on the green icon on your toolbar entitled "Share Screen"

NOTE: The "Share" button appears at the bottom of the Zoom window (above).  If you are hosting the Screen Share, you will be given a "floating toolbar" that you can move (below),

There are a few items to note while sharing your screen. 

• It is recommended to share the Application instead of a screen.
  • This ensures that anything open on your screen will not be broadcast to the meeting.
• If there is a video in your PowerPoint that you would like the owners to listen to please click on Share Sound while setting up your Share Screen. 

NOTE: You may have to wiggle or move your mouse on the Zoom screen to see your Command Bar pop up from the bottom.
