Virtual AGM - Running your E-Vote

Purpose: To perform an E-Vote start to finish

When it is time to conduct the E-Vote, you must start the vote to activate the provided voting links.

To begin the voting process:

• Click the Play button to initiate the vote.
• Select Confirm Start to officially open voting.

Once started, participants will be able to access and submit their votes using the provided links that were sent to their E-Mails on file.

Once the E-Vote has started, the Play button will change to a Stop button.

To close the voting process:

• Click the Stop button to finalize the vote.
• Expect to receive your reports via email within a few minutes.

Reports will be sent to the Chairperson, Moderator, and Property Manager.
