Purpose: Resetting Resident's Community Website passwords in Shiftsuite Accounting

Changing User Passwords:
The Community Website tab is used to reset Resident's passwords. Enter the desired password, and click Reset Password.
- Once completed, you will get the following validation prompt:
NOTE 1 of 2: Once you change the user's password, you can generate a Welcome Letter containing the updated credentials.

NOTE 2 of 2: After changing the User's password, visit the respective website and attempt to log in to verify that the new credentials are functioning correctly. Once confirmed, you can provide the Resident with their updated login information.
