Purpose: To enter the Condominium and Unit information into CONDUIT.

Company Tab - Company information (Company name, address, phone/fax numbers, website, and GST if available
- This information can be prefilled and saved to be reused when needing to import other Corporations to CONDUIT
- Corporation Tab - Corporation ID is usually filled in as the number 1
- If you are inputting for more than one Corporation, use a different number. For example, Corporation A is listed as 1, and Corporation B is listed as 2. This will allow you to lists all the units within one import sheet, but keep them separated.
- Corporation name, common name, eg., TSCC1243
- If there is no common name, you can enter the corporation name
- Contact Address is going to be the main office address
- The Site Address will be the address for the Corporation
- If the Site Address incorporates more than one address, group the addresses
- For example: 100-300 First Street/800-900 Second Street to incorporate 100 First Street, 200 First Street, 300 First Street, 800 Second Street, and 900 Second Street.
- If the address is too long, it will need to be shortened, in which you may want to consider "St" for Street, as an example.
- For example: 100-300 First Street/800-900 Second Street to incorporate 100 First Street, 200 First Street, 300 First Street, 800 Second Street, and 900 Second Street.
- If the Site Address incorporates more than one address, group the addresses
- The Common Element can be filled in as Y or N - this is only if it is a Common Element Corporation.
Note: Corporation ID should be consistent throughout the import. This links each tab to the Corporation being imported.
- Units Tab - Suite (number on the door), Legal Unit, and Legal Level which would be provided in the Declaration or amendment to the Declaration.
- Types would be Residential, Commercial, Parking, Locker, BSU (Bike Storage Unit), and PLU (Parking Locker Unit).

- Unit information Street address, City, Province and Postal Code
Note: if the PIN/Description is unavailable, please leave these columns blank.
- Company and Staff Accounts Tab- If this is an implementation, Company/Staff accounts are required and only if a new user is required to be created in CONDUIT - you can leave these blank.
- The user only needs to be supplied ONCE in the import for the system to create their user account.

- Document Categories - Add the name of the Files i.e. Declaration, Insurance Certificate, etc.
- When the Corporation is imported, the document configuration will not need to be set and only the files will need to be uploaded.
- If no Document Categories are filled out, you will need to create these manually within CONDUIT after the Corporation is imported.
