CONDUIT - Additional Recipients to New Orders

Navigation: Company > Corporations
Purpose: Adding additional emails to receive Order Notifications to a Condominium

If multiple users are required to receive Order Notifications to a Condominium, the following steps should be taken. 

• Navigate to Company > Corporations

• Locate the Condominium in question, click Modify

• In the Modify page, enter the email(s) ensuring there is a comma and no space between the emails, and click Save

• Once you've added the email, you will be brought back to the Corporations page. Now click the Condominium in question

• To ensure you are receiving the notifications as you should be to all emails on file, click Send Test Email. 

• If correctly set you'll receive the following test email to all emails listed
