CONDUIT - Send Direct Download Link

Purpose: To forward the Status Certificate to a Representative

• Log into CONDUIT

• Click on My Status Certificate button:

• Find your order number by looking at the unit details.

Your unit and Property Management Company will be displayed. 

In the above example, the identifying information has been blurred for privacy.  Your view will display the information.  

Should you click on the Order number, the individual documents will be displayed, in which you can download them as separate documents.

NOTE: Click on the Download the ENTIRE Certificate to download a .zip file of all the documents.

• To send a download link to someone else, click on Send Direct Download Link button associated with your order:

• A small window pop-up will appear where you will enter the email of the Lawyer or other Representative you wish to send a copy to, then press Send.

NOTE: If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, you will need to temporarily disable it.

A link to download will be sent to the email address that was inputted.
