Navigation: CONDUIT
Purpose: Requestors who need a refund but not for the entire amount they paid.
NOTE: We require authorization from the Management Company in order to issue any refunds.
There are times where a partial refund may be requested. However, we can only return the order cost in full. This is due to CONDUIT removing the order completely from your Console, making it inaccessible to further process the Status Certificate.
- Example: If an Expedited Service is not fulfilled, the requestor may request a refund for the expedited delivery. To facilitate this, we recommend refunding the entire order, allowing the requestor to place a new order with the standard 10-business-day service. This ensures the requestor is not charged additional fees, while the Property Manager still receives payment for processing the certificate.
Given this, our recommendation is to refund the order in full.
