CONDUIT - Parking, Storage & Lockers

Purpose: When to include Parking, Storage or Locker information in the Import document.

If the Parking, Storage or Locker is deeded with the Unit (i.e. not sold separately), you don't need to include that information in the Import document - requestors can advise of any Locker or Parking units that they would like included with the Status Certificate.
 
If the Parking, Storage or Locker is not deeded with the Unit (i.e. sold separately), you will need to include that Unit information in the import document for it to be included in the list of Units available to order for.
 
NOTE: CONDUIT requires ALL Unit Legal information (Suite, Legal Unit, Legal Level) for all units.  If any single unit is missing one legal info cell, it will fail to import all of the units.  This requirement only applies to the Legal information.
