Navigation: Conduit > Company
Purpose: Assign recipients for email notifications and choose the types they will receive.
If you hold a Staff Account, you will need to be granted access to the newly onboarded Condominium(s) in order to receive notifications, and have the ability to process corresponding Status Certificates.
If you hold a Company Account, you will automatically have access once the Condominium has been imported by Shiftsuite Staff.

Next, within the Corporation details, emails can be added and can only be updated by someone with a Company account.
To add the emails:
- Click on the Company tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on Corporations to display a list of the Corporations within the Company.
- Click on the Modify Corporation Icon within the Operations column.
- Add the email(s) of the person(s) who will be receiving emailed notifications.
NOTE: If adding more than one email address, separate by a comma with no additional spaces between email addresses. E.g. "chris.deen@shiftsuite.com,support@shiftsuite.com"
- Click Save when finished
NOTE: Company Accounts have the ability to "Send Test Email" to the email contact(s) assigned to the Condominium. Once you click Save, you will be brought back to the Company Listings. Simply click on the respective Condominium, and click Send Test Email.
NOTE: Repeat these steps for each Corporation that requires new setup or changes to persons receiving notifications.
