Purpose: To update the Order Due Notifications

Order Due Notifications are initially set by your implementation specialist during onboarding. However, a user with a Company Account can update these settings at any time.

NOTE: These notifications pertain to orders with approaching deadlines.

To manage notification assignments, navigate to Company Profile and select Company > Modify:

In the Modify section, you can choose which account types receive notifications and set reminder notifications for 1, 2, and 3 days:

NOTE: If you do not have an active Company Account, please send support an email at [e-mail] from an authorized CONDUIT user, with any changes you wish to make in the Company Profile.
