Accounting - Deposits (Single Condominium)

Navigation:  Accounting > Banking > Deposits
Purpose: To Deposit Payments received from Residents and Vendors to the Operating Bank efficiently for a single condominium.

• Select Datte

Note: Account will default to the Operating Bank

• Select all or individual payments you would like to deposit

Note: you can use the toggle and select the payment type.  PAPs are mostly deposited on the 1st of the month, while other payment types (Cheques and Cash) are deposited when you are fiscally going to the bank

• Click Save when done.
