Navigation: Corporation Details > Assessment
Purpose: To enter your Assessment

Entering in your Assessment is a mandatory Corporation Setup item. To enter your assessment, you'll first open your Condominium in question. 

Once opened, you will click Corporation Details > Assessment

To enter an assessment, click on the Click here to add a new Assessment.

You'll then be prompted to enter the Effective date, Year End date, Amount, Notes, and you will also be prompted to Sync the Assessment with PAP. If all owners PAP information has been entered, and has been set to Sync with the Assessment, the Update PAP button will automatically update all of the Owner Fees in accordance with their proportional share(s) and the configured Assessment(s).  

Once you click the Yes, it will update all Owner PAPs that have the "Sync with Assessment" enabled.
