E-mail Reports from Accounting

 In the event you need to send a report to someone directly from Shiftsuite, you can use the e-mailing feature found within the reports section.

         *Note - You can e-mail any report from within the Accounting application, for this example we’ll be using the AR Aging Summary Report.


1. Navigate to the Reports Tab and select which Report you wish to generate and e-mail.

    

2. Select your parameters in the column to the left and submit.
    Once you’ve reviewed your report, click on the E-mail Icon located in the tool bar at the top of the Report window. 

   

2. Enter the e-mail address for the recepient, the subject line, and a personal message in the body section. Once all is entered, press send.

   If you wish to send to multiple people separate each e-mail address with a ; or ,
