Accounting - Contacts Module

Navigation: System > System Setup > User Control.
Purpose: The Contact Module displays contact information for all condominium staff, including the Property Manager, Building Operator, and related personnel.

To set each user and Corporation up for success, take the suggested following steps:

 

• Select the correct user
• Configure the Building Manager, Property Manager, and/or Other
• Save your changes

• While still in User Control, select the Contact Info tab, and enter the User's Contact Information. 

• Once set up, your Contact tab will reflect the following information. 

Navigation: Corporation Details > Corporation Information
