Navigation: Company > Staff Accounts
Purpose: To update Staff Accounts accordingly
Step 1: Navigating to Staff Accounts
- Open CONDUIT
- Click on Staff Accounts
Step 2: Review and edit as needed
- Review information.
- Click on Modify (Pencil Icon) to modify the account
- NOTE: you can also delete/enable/disable the user and view the user's history.
By clicking on the User's hyperlink, CONDUIT will reflect the Users Account Information:
Step 3: Modify/Manage Staff Account Profile
On this screen, you can:
- Give access to single or multiple Condominiums by selecting the respective Condominium Access.
- Modify the User's personal information (in the case of name/phone/role change).
- Reset the User's password.
Once the changes have been made, click Save.
