Navigation: System > PAP Management > Process PAP
Purpose: Generating the bank's EFT file for monthly PAP withdrawals
The Process PAP allows you to create the EFT file that is submitted to the Banking website to automatically withdraw Owner payments.
NOTE: If you have Corporations that have banking information missing or do not have a PAP Configuration assigned you will get validation warnings. If you are aware of them click okay to close the warnings.
You will need to set the PAP Configuration for the Corporation you are creating the EFT file for. Once done the system will remember it for the next time. This is done by clicking on the cell under PAP Configuration and using the dropdown to select the Configuration.
- You can create multiple files by selecting more than one Corporation, if applicable.
- Click Create EFT Files and save the file.
- You can review the charges prior to creating the file to see what PAP amount is being withdrawn by clicking View Report.
NOTE: Combine Files only works if the Banking Institution has that option.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Owner Banking Information (PAP) and the Assessment are needed to create EFT Files (Electronic Funds Transfer) for PAP.
