Navigation: Property Management > Owner Information > Section 98
Purpose: To add Section 98 Agreements to an Owner Profile
A Section 98 agreement under the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario) refers to an agreement between the Condominium Corporation and a Unit Owner that permits the Owner to make alterations or additions to the common elements or exclusive use areas of the property.
These alterations could include changes to shared spaces, such as hallways, elevators, or other areas that are not exclusively owned by any one unit.
To access this section, navigate to Property Management > Owner Information > Section 98.
Once there, select "Click Here to Add Agreement" to enter the Description, attach any relevant documents, and click Save to complete the process.
To add one for another unit owner, you can change the unit by using the navigation bar, searching, or typing in the unit number and pressing Enter.
