Navigation: Accounting > Unit Accounting > PAP
Purpose: To Record and Track PAP Information
The Owners PAP (Pre-Authorized Payment) section allows you to add or update payment details for automatic transactions. This information is used for posting monthly charges and payments, as well as generating EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) files.
To manage PAP information, navigate to Accounting > Unit Accounting > PAP
NOTE: This can also be accessed by going to Property Management > Owner Information
You can browse through users using the scroll bar or quickly locate specific unit owners by entering their details in the Search field. This is especially useful for larger properties with many owners.
After finding the desired unit owner, you can enter the relevant Pre-Authorized Payment information, specify which charges the PAP payment will apply to, the Start Date, and then click Apply to save the details.
NOTE: The Apply To items are populated from your Company Chargeable Items
(System > System Setup > List Maintenance > Company Chargeable Items)
NOTE: The Save and Delete buttons are for managing the line items currently in the shown PAP records.
