Navigation: Corporation Details > Manage Directors
Purpose: The Manage Directors feature in Shiftsuite Accounting enables board access on the Community Website, helps Property Management teams track important information for each director, and contributes to the generation of Status Certificates (Ontario Only).
Adding a new Director:
Select Click here to add a new Director line, and enter the required information from left to right, ensuring you fill in all the applicable details for each Director.
Replacing a Director with a new Director:
On the existing line of the replaced Director, you can simply update the Unit by clicking on the drop-down arrow, select the new Director/Unit, and continue updating the new director's information from left to right.
Be sure to click Save when you've completed your changes.
