E-Consent (Opt In Electronic Communications)

Navigate to: Property Management->Owner Maintenance->Contact and Tenant Tab

E-Consent is used for those Residents (Owners, Additional Owners, Tenants and Additional Tenants) that do not what to receive ANY Paper Communications.

This Option is available in the Contact Tab and Tenant Tab.   

Note: When producing Letters, the (Elec.Comm) will be checked and not produce letters for those that chose not to receive Paper Correspondence.  This to will be available when producing Notifications and Labels.

Special Note:  You can uncheck this option to send out paper communications to all.

Navigate to: Property Management->Reports->Opt In Electronic Communications

This Opt In to electronic Communications report will show all whom decided this option and when selecting to print the report, you will have a list of email that you can use to send out email communications. 

Special Note: If the Corporation has a Community Website, Residence also have the option of Opting In on their own through the Notifications area on the web page.
