Navigation: Property Management > Service Requests > Category Management 
Purpose: Community Website Service Request Categories Configuration

Service Request Categories define the options available for residents to submit requests via the Community Website.

For Accounting Clients, this feature syncs automatically after completing the Corporation Setup.

Once you've entered the Service Request Categories and the email that will be associated in receiving these requests, click Save. 

To ensure your categories have been uploaded, you can head over to your Community Website, click Service Requests and click Manage Categories.
