Navigation: Accounting - List Maintenance - Chart of Accounts
Purpose: To set the Default Bank Account and set the account info to show on Cheques and when creating the EFT when it is the Operating Bank.
Note: This is usually done when doing the Corporation Setup and using the Corporation Setup Checklist.
- Right-click on the Account you are editing and click edit, or highlight the account and click edit at the top of the form.
- Fill out the required bank information and select PAP/EFT Default to set the account for the creation of the EFT files to send to the bank.
