Accounting - Utility Chargebacks

Navigation: Accounting > Post Charges > Utility Chargebacks (CTRL+Alt+U)
Purpose: To store Utility Readings for calculated charges

Utility Chargebacks record owners' utility readings to calculate charges, post them to the Owner Ledger, and generate invoices.

When the form opens, enter the Utility Type, Posting Date, Utility Rate, Reading Date, Notes (if applicable), and Subject (Chargeable Item).

Debits and credits will auto-populate based on the selected chargeable item.

For first-time entries, enter the Last and Current readings.

Once complete, press Save to enable the print option for generating invoices for unit owners.
