New Help Desk, faster results
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Help Desk. We have recognized that the majority of our clients prefer Self Help services at a place and time that is convenient for them; and with our new update, you can do just that and more!

- View your support ticket history
Your central Shiftsuite Login Portal remains, as it serves as an area for:
- Single Sign On for any of our products you use such as Conduit and/or Community Websites
- A Subscribe form so you and all staff can stay up to date with all our announcements and software updates
- An added layer of security to our backend products
To access our new Help Desk, simply click the “Help Desk” option on the left-hand menu.
By the end of 2022, we are aiming to discontinue direct email support for logging tickets (initial outreach to Shiftsuite), meaning your first email to support@shiftsuite.com will no longer be supported. Back and forth communication via your email will still be 100% supported. We understand this is a change to what you are accustomed to, which is why we opted to give some advanced notice.
Everything you need for support will be in the new Help Desk from support articles, video tutorials, and plenty of ways to reach our support department still – so don’t worry too much.
Our goal is to continuously add better means to supporting you.
