Purpose: Generating Welcome Letters for Owners to log into the Community Website
Owners need to be provided their usernames and passwords in order to log in to their Community Websites. Our system generates temporary usernames and passwords for their first login.
To provide these details to owners you'll need to create a Community Website Welcome Letter, then email it to owners outside our system.
NOTE: If you are creating more than 1 Welcome Letter, you should use the MailMerge function: MailMerge Welcome Letters
- Select the Category and Template
- Select the unit you wish to generate the Welcome Letter for
- Preview to ensure the Letter populates information correctly
- Ensure to de-select Put into Owner's Correspondence section.
- Save or Preview, then email the Welcome Letter to Owner externally

NOTE: When logging in for the first time, our system will ask the Owner to provide a new username and password. Following that 1st login, the Temporary PIN will no longer work.
