Purpose: Track resident logins and usage trends to optimize your website.
Monitor resident login frequency and usage patterns to better understand engagement and optimize your website's features. By identifying which sections are accessed most often, you can tailor content, improve navigation, and enhance the overall user experience.
To access these insights, go to the Administration tab and open Web Statistics.
Users breaks down which Residents (Owners and Tenants) have logged on
Sessions break down how long the average users is on the website.
The below graph displays the average time users spend actively engaging with the website, providing insight into overall user interaction.
The Most Active Pages section highlights the most frequently visited pages, helping you understand which content resonates most with your audience.
You can access Website Utilization by navigating to the Administration tab and selecting Website Utilization from the drop-down menu.
This section provides valuable insights into how residents interact with your website, helping you track engagement and optimize its features.
Utilization Reports provide a detailed breakdown of total Parking Reservations, Package Deliveries, and Community News posts.
These insights help track activity levels and improve management of key services within your community.
Forum Stats provide a detailed breakdown of the total number of discussion posts and responses, helping you track engagement and activity within the community forum.
Service Stats provide an overview of the total number of service requests submitted and the number successfully closed, helping you track service efficiency and response times.
Document Library Stats and Board Document Library track the number of documents uploaded versus those downloaded, providing insights into document usage and accessibility within the community.
