Adding/Modifying Expedited Service to Company Profile

Navigation: Company

Purpose: To add expedited (rush) service to Status Certificate orders and to edit existing expedited (rush) service.

Step 1: Navigating to Services

1. Click on the Company Tab
2. Scroll Down and click ‘Modify’

Adding Expedited (Rush) Service

• Click on Green `+`
• Add the new description of the Service to your liking
• Choose the Number of days
• Choose the dollar amount for the service fee (Note- this fee is on top of the certificate fee. Do not add the standard Status Fee into this amount)
• Click on Update or if you made a mistake, click on Cancel.

Modifying Expedited (Rush) Service

• Click Edit and repeat step 2 to make your modifica
• Checkmark `Disable` to deactivate a service or checkmark `Corp Service`
• Click Save
  
  

Note: To see which corporations are currently offering the expedited service, select the plus sign next to the service. If the corporation is checked off it is currently offering the expedited service, if it is not checked off then it currently does not offer the expedited service.
