Adding a Cover Letter

Navigation: Console
Purpose: To add a cover letter to the Form 13 (Status Certificate).

• Manually type in the Document Name (i.e Cover Letter)
• Click “BROWSE” to add your optional Attachment
• Click “UPLOAD”
