Navigation: Company - Corporations - Modify (icon)
Purpose: To update or change Corporation information
To Modify Corporation Information due to mistakes made in the import sheet, you must possess a Company Account.
- Navigate to: Company - Corporations
- Click the Modify icon highlighted below on the respective condo corporation:
Once you have the Corporation Information page open, you can edit the respective:
- Information on the left side, below Legal and Common Name, should reflect your Management.
- Information on the right side should reflect the Corporation.
If multiple users are required to receive order notifications for a Corporation, you can add multiple emails separated by a comma (,) with NO SPACE.
You are also able to Enable or Disable the Corporation from accepting Status Certificate orders by clicking the Enable or Disabled under Status:
- NOTE: If your Corporation is Disabled, orders cannot be fulfilled. Complete processing the order or request that Shiftsuite staff refund the order, prior to disabling the Corporation. Once an order is refunded or completed, the Corporation can be Disabled and Deleted. All Corporation data is maintained and is accessible in the Archives.
Be sure to click Save when done.
