Transferring Corporations

The Transfer Corporation Function in CONDUIT allows you to request transfers from other Property Management Companies that are using CONDUIT.

To request a transfer you will first need to click on "Company" and then "Transfer Corporation".

From here select the corporation and agree to the disclaimer. 

The final step is click Transfer Corporation.

Note:  The Property Management Company that has the Corporation will receive an email notification to its Company Account holders with direction on Accepting or Declining the transfer.

The Property Management Company that requested the transfer will receive an email notification stating if the transfer was accepted or declined.  If accepted, the email will contain instruction on accepting the transfer.

*if shiftsuite has started the corporation transfer for you, to accept the transfer go to Company> Incoming Transfer Requests. Then, accept Request


Once the transfer has been completed, please be sure to review all documents and remove any documents that don't belong to the corporation itself.
