Navigation: Evote > Owner Details
Purpose: Resending Evote links to Owners that can't find theirs
When an Owner indicates that they haven't received or can't find their Evote email, you can re-send it to them so they can submit their vote at the appropriate time during the meeting.
- It is strongly recommended to confirm the Unit number and email address for the user requesting a new link.
- Once confirmed, you can send their new Evote link from the Evote Owner Details page,
- "Save Email and Send Key" will save the email address to the Unit, and send out their Evote link again.
- If the Owner can't find the email or they aren't receiving it, you can provide the Evote link manually to them by clicking Copy URL and provide this to them in the Q&A for the meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to click Send Privately to ensure the other Owners don't see their private Evote key
