Online Proxy - Owner Details

Navigation: Login Portal > Online Proxy
Purpose: To manage Owner's Online Proxy settings

NOTE: Owner information is sourced from Community Websites, which pulls from Shiftsuite Accounting. If your condo lacks a community website, provide the Owner's List using our spreadsheet template, available via the "Download Template" button on the Owner Details page.

The Owner Details within Online Proxy will provide a breakdown of the Owner's submissions to the Online Proxy.  The information available is: 

• Email
• First & Last Name
• Address & Unit
• If they have submitted an Online Proxy
• If they have indicated that they will be Attending in Person

(in the above example, none of the Owners have submitted an Online Proxy, or indicated virtual attendance)

When you click on an Owner's email address you are given the options to: 

• Save the "updated" Email address 
• Save and Send Proxy Email (to re-send the Online Proxy link)  
• Save and Send Registration (to send only the Zoom registration link)
• Copy Unique Proxy Vote URL (to copy the Owner's Online Proxy submission) link
