Navigation: Shiftsuite's E-Vote Platform
Purpose: To efficiently resend E-Vote ballots to the Owners
- To send a ballot to owners unable to locate their ballot, log in to E-Vote.
- Once you've entered the ballot, click over to Owner Details.
- If an owner does not have an email on file, ask them to provide it via Zoom's Q&A feature.
- Then, click the hyperlink in the Email Address line and enter the email they provided.
- If an email contains a spelling error or has been marked as junk, ask the owner to confirm their email through Zoom's Q&A feature.
- If the email they provide differs from the one on file, click the email hyperlink, update it, and select "Save Email and Send Key."
- If it matches the existing email, simply re-send the ballot by clicking "Save Email and Send Key" and suggest they search for it using the ballot name, typically formatted as Corporation Name - Year E-Vote (e.g., 00BW00 - 2021 E-Vote).
- This refreshes the ballot in their inbox and invalidates any previously received ballots.
