Understanding the Charts - Online Proxy

Once an Online Proxy has been published there are a series of charts that provide a break down of the owners responses. 

This can be accessed by clicking "I" under manage column. 

The left side chart represents the responses from the owners to the online proxy. It states whether they selected:

1. Attending in Person
2. Proxy Completed 
3. No response

This makes it easier to understand who still needs to fill out an online proxy or state that they are attending in person, and also gives you a break down for quorum. 

The right side chart depicts how many owners have:

1. Clicked on the link within the email 
2. Opened the email 
3. If the email has been delivered 
4. Unknown response 
5. If the email was rejected

This helps to understand which owners are actively checking and utilizing their emails
