Purpose: Understanding the Online Proxy charts

Once an Online Proxy has been published, there are a series of charts that provide a breakdown of the Owner's responses. 

This can be accessed by clicking Info (i) under the Manage column. 

The left side chart represents the responses from the Owners to the Online Proxy. It states whether they selected:

• Attending in Person
• Proxy Completed 
• No Response

This makes it easier to how many Owners still need to fill out an Online Proxy or state that they are attending in person, and also gives you a breakdown for quorum. 

The right side chart depicts how many owners have:

• If the email has been delivered 
• Opened the email
• Clicked on the link within the email 
• If the email was rejected
• Unknown status (no confirmation or reject message from recipient inbox)

This helps to understand which owners are actively checking and utilizing their emails
