Owner Details - Online Proxy

Navigation: Login Portal > Online Proxy
Purpose: To manage Owner's Online Proxy settings

NOTE: Owner Information is populated via Shiftsuite Accounting's Community Websites.  If your Condo does not have a Community Website, you will need to provide the Owner's List to us with our Owner's List spreadsheet.  A sample file can be downloaded via the "Download Template" button on the Owner Details page.

The Owner Details within Online Proxy will provide a breakdown of the Owner's submissions to the Online Proxy.  The information available is: 

• Email
• First & Last Name
• Address & Unit
• If they have submitted an Online Proxy
• If they have indicated that they will be Attending in Person

(in the above example, none of the Owners have submitted an Online Proxy, or indicated virtual attendance)

When you click on an Owner's email address you are given the options to: 

• Save the "updated" Email address 
• Save and Send Proxy Email (to re-send the Online Proxy link)  
• Save and Send Registration (to send only the Zoom registration link)
• Copy Unique Proxy Vote URL (to copy the Owner's Online Proxy submission) link
