Navigation: Administration > Unit Administration
Purpose: To create a Concierge account for assistance in Administrative tasks
This feature allows the Concierge to review, approve, or manage requests made by owners on the website. The Concierge acts as a facilitator, ensuring that all requests meet the necessary criteria and standards before they are accepted or fulfilled.
This process helps maintain quality control and enhances the overall experience for owners by ensuring that their requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
To create a Concierge account, you must be logged in as an Administrator.
- Proceed to Administration > Unit Administration
- Click Create Concierge:
- Select the condo you are creating the Concierge for and enter in the mandatory fields
- Be sure to click Save when completed.
NOTE: Once created, you will need to reach out to support@shiftsuite.com to request access granted to the Concierge for any modules you wish them to have access to, or be restricted from. For example, your Concierge may need to administrate/manage Amenity Bookings. Only support@shiftsuite.com can make this change, at your request.
