The Service Request Module allows Owners, Managers, Cocierge and Property Managers to create service requests.
Once Service Request is selected:
- Click on New Request
- Select Category
Note: Except for Owners, all others have the ability to select the unit and manage this feature. - Enter in a Title for your request and a Discription
- Press Save or Cancel
Note: The Service request is now ready for approval or to be declined. You may add comments at any time and also include them when the Service Request is declined.
Special Note: Adding the work order allow you to communicate the work involved and the cost to the onwer. The owner will be sent notification to approve or decline the Work Order. You will also be able to Approve or Decline the Work Order on behalf of the Owner.
Special Note Cont.: Owners can enable their tenants to create service requests right from the service request feature.
