Navigation: My Console
Purpose: To Setup, Approve and Reject Onwer Updates done by the owner.
Step 1 Setup Auto Approve on or off
- Leave On to auto-accept all changes made by the owner
- Use the Click Here to set it to OFF where you will need to accept or decline owner changes
Note: it is recommended that you have this set to off. This will ensure that correct information is accepted while wrong information is declined.
Within the Owner updates log, you'll be able to approve or reject any changes, plus review the update history.
Those admin's who have selected 'owner update notifications' be emailed daily for any owner changes will be emailed daily. (if there's multiple owner changes in 1 day, all updated will be in 1 email. If there's been no changes, an email will only go out when a change has been made).
Admin notification; each Admin can control their own notifications per community website.
- first check to ensure auto approve is OFF
- go to my Account, My Notifications, and select Daily Owner Updates email
Note; this is a setting that would need to be selected per corporation
