Owner Updates is an option where approval for all owner changes can either be ON or OFF.
Approval also means whether or not the admins on the Community Website would like to receive an email notification when an owners changes their details.
To either turn Owner Updates approval ON or OFF, go to 'My Console', Owner updates. Then 'click here', then select 'OK'.
Auto Approve ON means no notifications, or records will be kept for any owner details changes.
Auto Approve OFF means you'll receive notifications and you'll need to approve or reject changes
Within the Owner updates log, you'll be able to approve or reject any changes, plus review the update history.
Those admin's who have selected 'owner update notifications' be emailed daily for any owner changes will be emailed daily. (if there's multiple owner changes in 1 day, all updated will be in 1 email. If there's been no changes, an email will only go out when a change has been made).
Admin notification; each Admin can control their own notifications per community website.
- first check to ensure auto approve is OFF
- go to my Account, My Notifications, and select Daily Owner Updates email
Note; this is a setting that would need to be selected per corporation
