Managing Amenities

Navigation: Community Websites > Amenities
Purpose: To manage Amenity Bookings

NOTE: Location of this menu item may change depending on the website setup.

First navigate to the desired amenity in the menu (this walkthrough will utilize "Party Room" Amenity) 

• Once open select Amenity Administration.

• Select Requests

• Review the bookings, and approve or decline the request. 

• Select Bookings to review existing bookings and decline already approved bookings by selecting "Cancel"
