Navigation: Administration > Unit Administration > Edit
Purpose: To update Resident Login Credentials if Lost or Forgotten
Note: Please ensure you verify the identity of the user before making any changes or releasing any information.
Step 1: Access Unit Administration

- Hover your mouse over the Administration menu.
- Click on Unit Administration.
Step 2: Locate the User
- In the Unit column, type the User's unit number.
- Click the pencil icon in the Edit column.
Tip: You can search for the user using other columns such as First Name, Last Name, etc.
Step 3: Navigate to Username and Password Settings
- On the left-hand side, under MY UNIT INFORMATION, click OWNER or TENANT (based on the user type).
- Click [Reset Username] or [Reset Password].
Step 4: Reset Username
- Enter the new Username.
- Re-enter the Username to confirm.
- Click Save.
Step 5: Reset Password
- Enter the new Password.
- Re-enter the Password to confirm.
- Click Save.
Note: The Password MUST be at least 8 characters. If the Password is weak, the system will tell you and not let you save until you have entered in one that is more secure.
