To give the Property Manager the ability to reset usernames and passwords
Note: Please make sure you verify the identity of the user before making any changes or releasing any information
Step 1: Unit Administration
- Hover your mouse over Administration
- Click on Unit administration
Step 2: Locating User
- In the Unit column, type in the user's unit
- Click on Pencil in Edit column
Note: You can search for the user using any of the columns available (First Name, Last Name, Etc) to find the user's information
Step 3: Where to edit Username and/or Password
- On the left side of the screen under "MY UNIT INFORMATION", click on OWNER (or TENANT, depending on who the change is for)
- Click on either [Reset Username] or [Reset Password]
Step 4: Reset Username
- Enter in new Username
- Re-enter Username
- Click Save
Note: The Password MUST be at least 8 characters. If the Password is weak, the system will tell you and not let you save until you have entered in one that is more secure.
Step 5: Reset Password
- Enter in new Password
- Re-enter new Password
- Click Save
