To help ensure your AGM runs smoothly we have utilized certain settings.
Security Settings:
We have enabled settings that ensure the security of the webinar so that no-one without a passcode can join. Whether you are joining the webinar on a computer and or by phone we will still require a passcode.
Schedule Webinar Settings:
When scheduling the webinar for your AGM we ensure that we have set the audio type to telephone and computer audio. This offers options incase one does not work properly.
In Meeting (Basic Settings):
These settings affect the webinar while it is taking place. Some examples include:
1. Enabling private chats for the panelists to communicate privately without the attendees. This is a very helpful communication tool during Virtual AGM’s.
2. We enable the use of polls/quizzes.
3. Since screen share is commonly used during AGM’s we have also enabled this setting specifically for any of the panelists to utilize, but also so that the host can interrupt the screen share at any time.
4. The Final basic setting that is important during Virtual AGM’s is the removal of participants. This setting ensures they are not able to rejoin once being removed.
In Meeting (Advanced Settings):
We have already gone over the basic settings next is the advanced settings.
This is the area of settings where we enable the Q&A portion that the attendees (Owners) use to communicate during the webinar.
This is also where we allow the use of virtual backgrounds and video filters for the panelists to utilize.
Email Notification Setting:
The first email notification is set to notify the host that the cloud recording is complete. This is only sent to the host of the webinar but can be shared upon request.
The other notifications that are enabled to be sent out are when participants have joined a webinar before the host, when a webinar is being canceled and when an alternative host is set or removed from a webinar.
