Purpose: Managing the Zoom settings for your Virtual Annual General Meeting
To help ensure your AGM runs smoothly we have utilized certain default settings.
Below is each section of the Zoom settings separated:
Invitations
The Invitations page allows you to invite Panelists via email so they can join the Practice Session before the meeting, if you choose to have one. Owners will only be able to join after you formally start the meeting.
You can also manage the Registration settings and Attendees on this page.
Email Settings
Here you can configure the "reply to" notifications that Zoom sends to Owners, and the reminder settings sent to the Owners that have registered.
Waiting Room
Here you can customize the Waiting Room presented to the Owners if they join before you start the meeting.
Branding
Here you can provide graphics for different areas of the meeting. We suggest uploading a Banner and Logo.
Polls/Quizzes & Survey
This is where you can create Polls if you know you'll need to vote during the meeting.
Q&A
Here you can configure the settings for the Q&A feature in Zoom.
Captions
You can configure the automatic Caption settings in this menu.
NOTE: The Live Streaming and Integration options are unused.
