Polls can be used as a means of voting on small matters during your Online Meetings.
Please let your implementation specialist know if you require polls prior to the meeting start.
For Moderated meetings, your implementation specialist will launch your poll, and the results of the poll after it's been complete. Once launched, this gathers the choices of the audience with the number of votes, as well as their selections.
Polls can be Single-Choice or Multiple-Choice, with the option of being anonymous.
For Self-Moderated meetings, your moderator will be required to click the Polls;
The polls are listed in the order they were created in. The moderator will need to be sure they are launching the correct poll, as well as enabling the poll for the Board (or panelists) to utilize.
Once confirmed, click Launch.
Upon receiving the number of votes/choices you are expecting, the moderator will be required to End the Poll.
Finally, once this has all been complete, your Moderator will have the ability to Share Results.
Once you've given everybody equal time of reviewing the poll results, your Moderator will need to Stop Sharing.
