Self Moderated & Moderated: Polls

Purpose: To create the intended Polls for means of Voting on Routine Matters

Polls allow voting on routine matters during Online Meetings.

Notify your implementation specialist before the meeting if you require polls during the meeting.

In Moderated meetings, your Shiftsuite implementation specialist will launch the poll and display the results on-screen once completed.

Polls collect audience choices and vote counts and can be Single-Choice or Multiple-Choice, with the option of anonymity.

In Self-Moderated meetings, the Property Management Companies designated moderator must initiate the poll.

Polls appear in the order they were created. The moderator must ensure they launch the correct poll and enable it for the Board or panelists to use.

After confirmation, click Launch.

Once the expected number of votes or choices is received, the moderator must End the Poll.

Once this has all been complete, your Moderator will have the ability to Share Results. 

Once you've given everybody equal time of reviewing the poll results, your Moderator will need to Stop Sharing.
