Self Moderated Meetings: Ending the AGM

Purpose: To end your Owner's Meeting

At the conclusion of your Annual General Meeting (AGM), or Owners Meetings, it is essential to for the Moderator to select End Meeting rather than Leave Meeting.

• Selecting Leave Meeting allows the meeting to continue running and recording, even after you have exited.
• Selecting End Meeting ensures the meeting is fully concluded and closed.

To properly end the meeting:

1. Click the End button located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. Select End Webinar for All to close the session completely.

This ensures that the meeting does not remain active unintentionally.
