Purpose: To understand and review the submitted E-Votes
NOTE: Each ballot includes detailed information, such as the unique ballot identifier/key assigned to the voter, ensuring the integrity, privacy, and security of the voting process.
Once the E-vote has been closed, the Property Manager and Chair of the meeting will receive an email with reports from the E-Vote.
The three reports are:
- Tally Sheet (PDF)
- All E-votes (PDF)
- There are additional reports you can download directly from E-Vote;
- Owner's Report & Download All E-Votes in One File

Tally Sheet
The Tally Sheet provides a clear and precise breakdown of the total number of votes each response received for a specific question.
It systematically records and displays the vote count for every answer option, ensuring an accurate and transparent representation of the results.
This allows Admin Users to easily assess which responses were most and least selected, offering valuable insights into the distribution of votes for a given question.
All E-Votes
This document serves as a comprehensive record of all official voting ballots submitted by the owners.
Below is an example of a ballot results for reference.
Additionally, the document captures the specific choices made by each voter, providing a transparent and verifiable record of the voting outcomes.
E-Vote Owner Report
This PDF document contains detailed information specific to the owner.
It includes key data relevant to their identity, membership, or participation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and verification.
The document serves as an reference for the owner's details, which may be used for administrative or organizational purposes.
Note: The information in these generated reports is pulled from Accounting if you are a client. Otherwise, it should be provided to us in the Owners List Excel Sheet. If there are any owner changes before the meeting date, please inform your Implementation Specialist.
