Adding Additional Proxy Ballots

Purpose: To adjust multiplier ballots for Proxy Holders

When an Owner assigns their proxy the right to vote, the votes must be reweighted.

To do this in E-Vote, search the Condominium in question as the vote template will be created for you by your Shiftsuite Implementation Specialist.

• Click Edit (Pencil Icon)
• Click over to the Owner Details.

• In the "# of Votes" column, use the drop-down to adjust the vote count.

If a proxy holder is voting on behalf of another Owner, change the value from 1 to the number of ballots granting the right to vote. 

Once applied, click E-vote Details scroll to the bottom of the page and save your work. 

At this point, you can reach out to your Implementation Specialist to let them know the vote is ready to be sent out to owners. 

NOTE: Sending the vote to owners before the meeting is essential to confirm that they have received their email ballots. This does not permit early voting but ensures sufficient time for the ballots to be delivered to owners' email accounts.
