E-mailing/Publishing the Evote e-mail

Purpose: To publish Evote emails so Owners can vote during Condo meetings

Publishing your E-vote is important because you are sending an email to all owners which includes:

• Instructions on how to place your vote
• The link to E-vote
• A special key/password for our system to confirm which unit is placing the vote

To publish your E-Vote, click on Manage and then click Evotes.  Finally, click the Publish.
